A Commemorative Military Headshot Session

 

 

 

Recently, we had the honor of working with a special client who wanted to commemorate his experience as a captain in the military. He found us through a Google post featuring a military portrait we had previously done, and he drove two hours to have his headshot taken with us in Salem.

The client wanted a final portrait taken in his captain’s uniform before he got promoted to major. With an upcoming deployment to Germany, this military headshot was a special way for him to preserve the memory of his service as a captain before stepping into his new role.

Military headshots are an impactful way to honor and reflect on a service member’s dedication and journey. While these portraits often carry a solemn tone, I decided to gift him a smiling portrait in addition to the traditional one. It was a small gesture of gratitude for his service, and I knew his mother would appreciate it.
